Here is a summary of the status of the action since mid-August, 2010. Apparently, there was a hearing on Linden's Motion to Dismiss / Transfer (case to California) and as a result, Second Life's attorneys need to provide the Court with more information about the status of the Plaintiffs' accounts and what Terms of Service Agreements apply to which accounts, when, and why.... interesting developments. Defendants apparently have until the first of October, 2010 to provide what should be readily available information.
